What people ask first.
What happens if the alarm goes off at 3am?
Your alarm company calls us first. We attend within [X] minutes, check the house inside and out, reset the alarm and send you photos before we leave. If there has been a break-in we call the police, get the property secured and stay until it is.
Do you work with my existing cleaner?
Yes. We let them in, check the work against a list you agree, and on Managed we pay them for you. If you do not have one, we can introduce cleaners we already use.
How do you store my keys?
To BS 7984: coded, never labelled with your address, held in a locked safe away from the code register. Every time a key leaves or returns it is logged, and you can see the log whenever you ask.
Can you cover my insurer's inspection requirement?
Usually, yes. Most policies ask for an unoccupied home to be inspected every 7 to 30 days. Every visit is timestamped and photographed and the log is kept for your insurer. Send us your policy wording and we will confirm the schedule meets it.
